- If you're looking for your introduction into the outdoor sector, this is the course for you. The CERT III Outdoor Leadership practitioner will be responsible for leading and supervising participants of outdoor activities according to pre-determined activity plans. The leaders will use their experience and judgement to accomodate changes to these plans, and communicate with their supervisors. This qualification reflects the role of leaders who can work in a range of settings including indoor centres and outdoor adventure learning centres and camps, or relatively close to base in the field. They have access to reliable communication systems and assistance from medical and emergency services. When in the field, supervision is provided remotely, in the form of support from base, to deal appropriately with unplanned events or significant problems.

- If you have experience in the outdoor sector, and are looking to expand your managerial responsiblities, the Diploma of Outdoor Leadership is for you. Upon completion of this program, you will be qualified to lead and supervise a number of concurrent outdoor activites simultaneously. You will be respopnsible for coordinating the operations centre and balancing risk over the activites. This includes things such as school camps with numerous participants, outdoor adventure groups, and many other exciting activities.
