We offer self-paced eLearning, virtual classrooms, in person classes (SE QLD only), as well as recorded lectures for all of our qualifications. The way you access your education is in your hands.
Yes. All courses offered by the Klepper Training Academy are accredited courses. KTA (RTO ID: 45075) is registered to provide Nationally Accredited Training under the Australian Skills and Quality Authority (ASQA). If at any stage during your education you require assistance, there are mechanisms in place to ensure your success. Your first point of contact during studies should be your instructor or course convenor. Their information will be provided during induction, or in your welcome emails. For all other enquiries, or if you are yet to enrol, please contact us on hello@klepper.edu.au, or 1800 280 394 (during business hours).
Not only is it allowed, this is actively encouraged. One of the key indicators of success is your ability to network with your cohort within your studies. You will be invited to a private Facebook group as part of your induction and this will include past and present students. It is anticipated that most questions (without breaking rules on plagiarism) will be able to be answered by this forum. Your instructors will also be available via Microsoft Teams, and other eLearning platforms during class delivery.
