Tourism Trainer Contractor Opportunity 🌏 Join Our Growing Team! 

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a deep understanding of holiday parks and a knack for sharing that knowledge? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tourism Trainer to join our team on a contract basis, kicking off in February 2024.

About Us: We are paving the way to address key skills gaps and critical workforce shortages in the tourism sector having created a bespoke training package focused specifically on holiday parks.

At the heart of our success is a dedicated team of developers and administrators, committed to providing high-quality learning resources and ensuring that our systems are up-to-date and that our clients have access to the latest knowledge.

We believe that our team is the backbone of our organisation, and we are committed to providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed. We are now looking for a Tourism Trainer to help us complete our team.

Essential Criteria: Proven background in holiday parks, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. A passion for sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of exceptional customer service within the tourism industry.

Desirable Criteria: Current CERT IV in Training and Assessment, showcasing your commitment to professional development. Experience using RMS and Newbook systems, or a quick learner eager to master these tools. Flexibility and adaptability to deliver training sessions across various locations.

Responsibilities: Deliver engaging training programs focused on holiday parks. Collaborate with team members to enhance training materials and delivery methods. Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training sessions, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends and updates to ensure current and relevant training content.

Location: Multiple locations throughout Australia – must be willing to travel for up to two-week block periods.
